READ . . . OR ELSE

Hello everyone! Today we are going to be researching about bunny treats! I think in an upcoming blog post, we are going to buy multiple different treats from Small Pet Select and review them! Find the link here. 👇

Too bad they don't have any cheese.

PART TWO:

The second thing I want to talk about today is how you can help get bunnies and other animals out of the shelter and into loving homes!

One big thing that would help is spreading the awareness. This means talk to all your friends that are already bunny-lovers, or to people looking to get their first furry and flop eared companion. Show them your local rescue site, do you see any animals that have been there long? Too long? See if they fit your likings.

The second thing is adopt, don't shop. When you're looking for a bunny, or any other kind of animal, you tend to come across many breeders. This may be good for you, but then again approximately 6.5 MILLION companion animals are put in U.S. animals shelters EACH YEAR. It's better to give them a loving home and support the shelter so that they can rescue more animals INSTEAD of giving money to a single person.

The last thing I can think of is fund raising. This means simply donating that fourteen dollars cash you earned from raking leaves, exchange that change jar for money and drop it off at your shelter. Even if you already have too many animals in your house, or don't plan on getting a pet soon, you can still support that shelter and help them get their animals the help they need.

I lived at a shelter animal once, and the shelter I lived in had all kinds of animals, from mice to cats, from german shepherds to rabbits. The shelter was always busy with humans and pets coming and going. There were volunteers cracking dog cookies in half, cleaning cages, petting the animals, simple jobs. But they all help keep the shelter going.

Thanks for getting this far and reading through my explanation, I hope you have a great day!
